How long does the food last?
Our food is prepared and stored according to the strict guidelines set forth by the Food Safety Department. A meal can last 7 days from the date it was cooked as long as it has been stored and refrigerated at 42 degrees or less.
How does meal prep work?
Each week we update our online menu for the following week. All orders must be placed and paid for online by Friday at 8pm in order to be picked up the following Monday or Tuesday.
Where is the main pick up location?
We are currently located at 1300 McCoy Street, Opelika, AL. We are the building with the green roof behind the skate shop.

If I have a seafood allergy how do you ensure there’s no cross contamination?
To ensure there is no cross contamination, we always prep and package any type of seafood last. It’s kept separate until all other food has been packaged and stored in our cooler.
What sets you apart from other meal prep companies?
We like to consider ourselves a gourmet style prep company. Meaning we strive to keep everything as fresh as possible. You are not eating canned meat or veggies. All of our meat is hand trimmed or made in house, our veggies are not out of cans and most are bought from local farmer’s markets in our area. Nutrition is at the forefront of our business model.
